“If you know what you are doing, you can do what you want.”

Moshé Feldenkrais (1904-1984)

Learning Begins with Experience

Since I was young, I’ve been fascinated by learning. I’ve always wondered how we can learn more effectively, level up beyond our perceived limits, and develop the ability to excel at whatever we choose to do.

That curiosity has shaped my work for decades. I’ve explored how movement, attention, and sensation can come together to create a motivating and holistic learning experience. Over time, this exploration has become the foundation of my teaching and educational work, from courses and books to workshops and other learning resources.

My aim is not simply to give you information, but to help you discover something through experience, and turn that experience into a skill you can use.

The Moving into Sleep Method

A practical method for better sleep. Designed to ease your way into sleep right away.

When sleep doesn't come easily, you don't necessarily need more information about sleep. You need something you can actually do. This practical guide introduces a somatic sleep method based on neurofunctional science and gentle movement. It is designed to help you regulate your nervous system and create conditions that support sleep — using nothing more than your own body.

  • Peaceful - A calm, gentle approach without complicated techniques.

  • Simple - No equipment, apps, supplements, or elaborate routines. Just you and a few gentle movements.

  • Immediately applicable

  • Easy - You can practice the method in the comfort of your own bed so you can learn it and make it your own.

Developed from experience, the Moving into Sleep Method grew out of my own exploration of sleep, movement, and nervous-system regulation, and from my work as a movement educator and therapist. When you're lying awake at night, what you need is a simple skill you can practice in the moment to regulate your nervous system into a state that supports restful sleep. This guide gives you one.

Relieving Jaw Pain

Gentle Somatic Movement Exercises for Jaw Tension and TMJ Discomfort

Persistent jaw tension can affect much more than the jaw itself. It can influence how you breathe, speak, move, rest, and experience your body.

Relieving Jaw Pain introduces seven gentle, step-by-step somatic movement exercises designed to help you explore and change the movement patterns and the nervous system functions that contribute to jaw tension and discomfort.

Rather than forcing the jaw to relax, these exercises use gentle movement and sensory awareness to help you discover new possibilities for how your jaw, face, neck, and nervous system work together.

Between the lessons, you'll find simple explanations of the nervous-system connections involved in jaw movement, helping you understand not only what you are doing, but why these gentle exercises can make a difference.

Workshops & Presentations

Learning Through Experience

My workshops and presentations bring the principles of Body Fine Tuning into a shared learning environment. Experience is at the heart of my approach, so I always combine clear explanations with simple, experiential exercises that invite participants to explore how movement, attention, and nervous-system regulation can influence learning, performance, recovery, and well-being.

Workshops

Experience experiential learning for meaningful change. Workshops give participants the opportunity to explore the ideas through guided practice. Rather than simply talking about nervous-system regulation, we experience it through movement, awareness, and attention.

Topics can include:
